Frequently Asked Questions

Our services
What is a tech pack?

A tech pack is an instruction manual that a fashion designer or brand supplies to a factory so they know how to build a product. It typically includes drawings, measurements, specifications and callouts, materials, hardware, construction details, and more.

Do you manufacture products?

Today we focus on tech packs, product development, and manufacturing readiness, getting your design ready for a factory to quote and build.

Working together
Do I need a finished design to get started?

You need a clear concept and, ideally, sketches or reference images. Contact us and we'll tell you what you will need to have in order to get started.

What should I bring to our first conversation?

Any sketches, reference images, material ideas, or physical samples you have, along with a general idea of your production goals. If you have a target price point or preferred country you’d like to manufacture in, those details are helpful, but not required. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. The more context you can share, the more productive our first conversation will be.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the complexity of your design, the services you need, and our current workload. We'll share an estimated timeline once we understand your project.

Pricing
How do I get a quote?

Send us a message through the contact page with a short description of your project. We'll review your inquiry and follow up to discuss next steps and provide a quote.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the scope of your project and the services you need. We'll discuss your goals and provide a quote tailored to your project.
